I love the dresses the girls chose this year. I think they look so beautiful in blues and greens. They refused to wear the shrugs that I got to wear with them and I decided to let that one go. After all the days activities we went to the "castle park." They let me have my fun and take my pics and then they ran off to play. It was the most beautiful day with the perfect weather. I just hope that the weather returns soon.

Easter prep.
For some reason we have saved coloring eggs till around 9 at night every year. I don't know why because every year someone loses their mind over something silly and we end up finishing fast and getting everyone in bed. This year wasn't any different. It was still a blast and the girls made some awesome eggs.
Amber's birthday & cancer sucks party
This is my girlfriend Amber and 4/11 was her birthday. Her husband was also diagnosed with stage III Hodgkins Lymphoma a few weeks ago. So we all got together and celebrated Amber's birthday, and Nic since he was feeling up for a little get together. I decided to just go set my camera on auto the whole night since I figured after a few drinks I might not be able to hold it steady and I didn't want to go ruining anybody's birthday pics:)
Amber and Kim. Kim is the one who made Frankie's birthday cake this year, and made this gorgeous green one for Amber. I would highly recommend her so if you need her number just ask. Delish!!!
Memories......
I LOVE looking through all my old photos from when the girls were little. I think I probably took a picture everyday of their lives. In my gigantic box of prints I just grabbed a few stacks that I had organized and picked out a few that stood out in my mind. There are soooo many it would have taken me forever to go through them all. This was also before I had any digital cameras so I scanned them into iphoto, it's this awesome program that came with my mac. I am kind of impressed with the quality of scans with this program. Normally when I used to scan them in they would look all grainy and terrible.
Note: These are in no particular order since I don't have that kind of patience:)
**this might be one of my all time favorite pictures of Sophia. I love her huge cheeks and dimples to boot!
**ok, this is my other favorite of Sophia. this was her "nasty" face, not too sure how that name came to be. whenever we said "sophie, do nasty," she would do this face and breathe in and out really hard, so cute!
**this is me after natural childbirth with sophie. highly, highly, over-rated this whole natural child birth thing. sophie was sunny side up so that didn't help matters much. this is her as a newborn. all my girls had that same face when they would cry.
**i called my mom since she wasn't able to be there for the birth and as soon as i heard her voice i started sobbing. tears of joy of course!
**this is bella greeting her new sister for the first time. i LOVE that look on her face. priceless.
**when Sophie was a newborn Greg's parents came for a visit and on this particular day I remember that Greg's dad held Sophie for what seemed like 5 hours straight, no joke. I remember loving it since I was able to get lots of rest. She always loved when he would visit and took to him very quickly, something she didn't ever do.
**that's no mistake. sophie is in the dryer and it was one of her favporite (but not the safest by any means) places to hide. i love her cute little teeth.
**bella took her first steps at jenny's baby shower in MT. remember that guys? what baby was that jenny?
**greg at one of the many parties that i had at my house when my parents would go out of town. sorry mom and dad :) lookin' a little tipsy hahaha! sophie saw this and said, "daddy looks weird mommy!"
**this is me at my bridal shower. i made the mistake of thinking that i wanted to have hair extensions so that i could have this wonderful up-do for my wedding since it was about as short as it is now. well, let's just say that they were awful, the hair was the same as barbie hair, cost over $400, and i ripped it out a day before my wedding. my mom wanted to kill me, greg too. my head was literally bleeding after greg and i ripped them out. funny to look back on. i totally forgot you had cassidy at the shower amber. and i remember how sick you were hill with the twins.

Well, last night came and went. I am having some photoshop drama, long and very boring story so I will spare you. I can't post any pictures yet since I need to change them from raw files to jpg. in photoshop, but can't do that yet with my current issues that are making me want to scream. I am hoping to have my product back here in a bit so I can get everything posted from the last week.

Boring
Sorry for a boring blog lately, but lots of new posts should be up by tonight. I have gone through some old pics and as soon as they are all scanned in I will post them. Most are of Bella and Sophie when they were little, some of Greg and I, and some of my ridiculous hair extensions that I made the mistake of getting just before Greg and I got hitched. If nothing else, come back to see those sweet pics, you are sure to die laughing. Birthday party pics, Easter pics, so many to get up here. Where is the time? I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. Also going to give this blog a facelift and brighten things up a bit for Spring, and I sooooo need new music. Check back soon...

*Head west on Hillfield Road, pass Sams Club, go over the the tracks, pass North Davis Prep Academy, come to a 4-way stop.
